To this point I’ve only have water and broth. I get nausea just taking a look at food! I stop taking prescription Norco because it worsens my nausea, it is still painful but I can tolerate it. Thanks to your feedback and feedback Silva. I feel very a lot the same as you. I grew up in a meat eating family however all the time felt uncomfortable with it. It did not make any sense to me. During the holidays I typically helped my uncle at his pig farm, together with loading them up for slaughter. To me, shifting away from meat is an entire no-brainer for a large number of causes.
